J&K: Fire breaks out at substance industrial facility in Udhampur, Air Force brought in
A fire broke out at a synthetic manufacturing plant in the Battal Ballian mechanical space of Jammu and Kashmir’s Udhampur region in the early long stretches of Friday.
Ablaze broke out at a compound plant in the Battal Ballian mechanical space of Jammu and Kashmir’s Udhampur locale in the early long stretches of Friday. Putting out fires activities were in progress when the last report came in.
The fire began at the plant of Dhanuka Agritech Limited at around 12.30 am. The reason for the fire isn’t yet known.
Eight fire tenders were hurried to the spot yet the fire ran wild. Following this, the Air Force was brought in to drench the fire.
Addressing India Today, an Air Force official said, “We got a call from fire delicate Udhampur that an enormous fire has broken out in the mechanical region. We hurried to the spot and throughout the previous three hours, we have been attempting to drench the fire however it is still wild.”
The official said while no death toll has been accounted for, the business is completely gutted by the fire. Endeavors are on to save close by structures, the official said.
